Goose Applied AI is the first AI-Native Operating Partner and Intelligence Layer built exclusively for owner-operated trade businesses.

Most operators built their companies through repetition, resilience, reputation, and years of sacrifice. They learned the business on the truck, in the field, and at the kitchen table late at night after everyone else went to sleep.

But for decades, the best operational intelligence in the industry lived somewhere else. Inside private equity firms, consultants, and institutional buyers. The operator built the business. Everyone else had the data.

That asymmetry is collapsing. Trade businesses are skipping an entire generation of legacy software and moving directly into AI-native operations.

We believe every trades business will eventually have an intelligence layer sitting alongside its people, processes, and software.

Not a dashboard.
Not a reporting tool.
Not another CRM.

An operating layer that understands how the business works, identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and increasingly executes those actions on behalf of the operator.

Others are selling AI into the trades.

We're helping operators capture the value AI creates.

The operators who move first will improve margins, spend less time buried in paperwork and administrative chaos, and more time training younger techs, growing the business, serving customers, and being present for their families.

The best trade businesses of the next decade won't look like slightly better contractors. They'll look like an entirely new category of business.

Goose exists to help build that future.
