Hi, I’m Sarah👋 and I created Goose Gets It to help you (yes, you!) land your dream job.

Over the last decade, I’ve helped hundreds of people get offers from companies like Google, Meta, Microsoft and Amazon.

As a former Recruiting Manager, Interview Trainer, Hiring Manager and Recruiter - I know what companies are looking for. I spent 8 amazing years at Google teaching Hiring Managers how to interview and evaluate candidates (people like you!). I wrote interview questions that became Google standard. I built global hiring processes. I've reviewed and updated countless resumes, conducted more interviews than I can count, and analyzed enough interview feedback to make even the Tasmanian Devil dizzy! All this to say: I get corporate hiring and you can too.

Sometimes even the brightest minds need a little guidance to get where they deserve to be.

Here’s how I can help:
🚀 Personalized Career Plan: Get your confidence back and make things happen with an actionable plan tailored just for you
🎯 Resume & LI Optimization: You’ll never attract the right opportunities if you’re not properly marketing yourself
📢 Job Hunt Networking: It’s a science & easier than you think. Getting feet in the door since 2012
🛟 Interview Prep: Polish your skills, anticipate curve balls, and feel GOOD in the hot seat
🍞 Salary Negotiation: Advocate for yourself to make the money you deserve
🌶️ Navigating Recruiter Relationships: Learn what influence recruiters really have on your candidacy & how you can maximize the relationship

Getting job offers is a learnable skill & it doesn’t have to be painful.

LET’S DO THIS, TOGETHER!
