Kate L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kate started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Extension Services in 2012. Kate then worked as an International Marketing Intern and Office Clerk II at the Maryland Department of Agriculture in 2013. Kate later joined Connections Education as an Academic Placement Associate, where they placed children in online schools and led various projects and initiatives. In 2014, they took on the role of Office Management/Sport Supervisor at Baltimore Social, where they supervised league managers and managed seasonal organizational structures. Kate also worked as a Manager/Club Pro Shop Administrator at Merritt Athletic Clubs, overseeing front desk operations and managing inventory. In 2018, they became a Customer Experience Manager at Flowers For Dreams, managing a team and partnering with different departments to improve customer satisfaction. Kate then joined Grubhub as an Account Advisor, progressing to Lead Account Advisor and eventually Manager, Restaurant Success. Kate successfully managed a large book of business, exceeded revenue goals, and represented the company in the Restaurant Network Council. Currently, Kate is the Director of Account Management at Goose.
