Aaron Thibault is a manufacturing training professional with extensive experience in the assembly and training sectors. They worked at Ford Motor Company as an assembler from 2000 to 2011, mastering over forty different jobs while collaborating on initiatives to enhance product quality and productivity. From 2012, Aaron has been the owner/operator of Cross-Town Dairy and currently serves as the lead training instructor at Gopher Resource.
