Joseph Trouba

Joseph Trouba is a metallurgical engineer with a focus on mineral processing and sustainable supply chains for critical minerals essential to the energy transition. They have gained diverse experience, including roles as a park ranger, co-op positions at DePuy Orthopaedics, and program management at Gopher Resource. Joseph earned a PhD in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Colorado School of Mines after completing dual bachelor's degrees in Materials Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering at Purdue University. Their interdisciplinary approach enables them to tackle complex challenges in both primary production and recycling.
