Matthew Beilke

Matthew Beilke is a Senior R&D Engineer at Gopher Resource, specializing in the automation of the recycling production line since October 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior R&D Engineer and R&D Engineer II at ICU Medical, where key achievements included identifying benefits in the Peritoneal Dialysis space, leading feasibility testing for new devices, and contributing to multiple patents. At Pursuit Vascular, Matthew drove critical component changes and conducted pilot efficacy studies, while also gaining experience in medical device regulations. Earlier roles include Nuclear Quality Engineer and Nuclear Test Engineer at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, and an R&D Engineering Intern at Integrity Windows and Doors. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
