Rick Pribnow

Rick Pribnow has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick currently holds the position of Senior Director of Procurement at Gopher Resource, where they are responsible for developing a world-class procurement capability and driving value realization, risk management, and service quality improvement. Prior to their current role, Rick worked at Cargill Strategic Sourcing & Procurement as the Director of Business Strategic Sourcing, overseeing the management of various categories including Corrugate, paper bags, bottles, caps, vitamins, dairy, spices, eggs, phosphates, distribution, MRO, industrial services, and other direct and indirect categories. Rick also worked at Cargill Global Procurement as the Global Director of Sourcing Center of Excellence, leading a team of analysts and providing process support and expertise on sourcing projects in various categories. Rick's work experience also includes roles in business development, supply systems, brand management, and operations management at companies such as Precept Foods, Cargill Meat Solutions, and Cargill Strategy & Business Development Group. Rick began their career as a Trajectory Guidance Engineer at General Dynamics Space Systems Division.

Rick Pribnow holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman. Rick also has an MBA with a focus on Operations & Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. In addition, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General, also from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Rick obtained the certification of Certified Culinary Sales Professional from The Culinary Institute of America in 2003.
