Jon Thorn is an experienced professional in product management and media production, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at GoPro since August 2015, after previously holding the role of Product Manager. Prior to GoPro, Jon worked at AJA from August 2005 to August 2015 as a Senior Product Manager. Jon's career began in post-production engineering at The DR Group/Dr Rawstock from 2002 to 2005. Jon also held positions at Film Video Arts (FVA) as Head of Education and Digital Non-Linear Instructor from 1998 to 2001, and served as a Digital Media Lab Consultant at Columbia University from 1997 to 2000. Jon holds a Master's Degree in Film from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Film/Television/Theatre) from the University of Notre Dame.
