Aylin Erman

Aylin Erman currently serves as the Director of Merchandising at Gopuff since March 2025, following a tenure at HelloFresh from June 2022 to March 2025 as Associate Director of Supply Chain Innovation and Senior Manager of Special Operations. Prior experience includes an MBA Commercial Strategy internship at Getir in early 2022, and an MBA Marketing internship at Nature's Fynd in mid-2021. Aylin previously held the position of Director of Category Management at HelloFresh from January 2019 to December 2020 and worked as a Consultant for WunderWolf GmbH in early 2018. In addition, Aylin founded and served as Managing Director of JÜS Istanbul from December 2014 to June 2018 and was a Sub-Editor and Writer at The Energy Year from March 2011 to December 2014. Aylin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
