Dean Learman

Dean Learman is currently a Multi-Site Leader at Gopuff, overseeing three of the busiest sites in the UK. They began their career in leisure as a lifeguard and progressed to roles such as Head Lifeguard and Relief Manager, gaining valuable management experience. Transitioning to the startup environment of Fancy (now Gopuff), Dean quickly ascended from an entry-level position to Multi-Site Lead within a year and a half. They demonstrate a keen analytical mindset and a passion for coaching and developing team members to enhance their careers. Dean holds a degree in Interactive Media from Redcar and Cleveland College.
