Eric Carter is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Gopuff, Eric is responsible for developing strategic plans and communications to enhance operations across the U.S. Previously, as a Regional Business Leader at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Eric guided franchisees in several Western states, promoting brand excellence. Eric's entrepreneurial background includes founding The Zen Bowl, a catering and foodservice company, and a successful tenure at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, where consistent customer growth was achieved.
