Eric Carter

Eric Carter is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Gopuff, Eric is responsible for developing strategic plans and communications to enhance operations across the U.S. Previously, as a Regional Business Leader at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Eric guided franchisees in several Western states, promoting brand excellence. Eric's entrepreneurial background includes founding The Zen Bowl, a catering and foodservice company, and a successful tenure at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, where consistent customer growth was achieved. Additional roles in sales and culinary management at Van Tuyl Automotive Group and primebar, along with an extensive history at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, highlight Eric's diverse skill set. Eric holds a B.S. in Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Culinary Institute and completed finance training at Van Tuyl Finance Academy.
