Maddie Rish

Maddie Rish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery operations and customer experience management. Currently, as Senior Manager of Delivery Operations at Gopuff, Maddie has held roles including Product Marketing Manager for Driver Experience and Manager of Community Operations since July 2021. Previously at WeWork from September 2018 to July 2021, Maddie served as Community Lead for Member Experience, overseeing a portfolio of accounts, enhancing customer onboarding, and managing a significant P&L while surpassing customer satisfaction targets during challenging times. Earlier experiences include roles at Everfest in social media marketing, Quo in marketing strategy, and various operational positions in event management, highlighted by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
