Michael Rapp

Michael Rapp currently serves as a Multi Unit Site Lead at Gopuff, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Michael had a successful tenure at Lyft from March 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included Senior Team Lead Customer Experience, Customer Experience Team Lead, and Trust and Safety Lead. Michael’s career began at Comcast between February 2014 and March 2018, progressing from a Technical Operations Supervisor to a communications technician. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sergeant First Class in the US Army from July 2002 to February 2013, during which Michael held multiple management roles within an Avenger Air Defense Artillery Battalion. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Human Resources from Trevecca Nazarene University, achieved between 2015 and 2019, and also attended Austin Peay State University from 2000 to 2001.
