Chad Shultz is a Managing Partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where they lead a team of attorneys dedicated to helping employers prevent legal challenges through training and counseling. Since joining the firm in 2014, Chad has been instrumental in developing the employment law department for the Southeast. In addition to their role at Gordon Rees, Chad serves as a Past President of the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Legal Aid Society and as a National Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. They also contribute to legal education as an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law and as a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, specializing in deposition skills. Chad holds a JD from The University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law and an LLM in Litigation from Emory University School of Law.
