Jonathan M. has a diverse work experience in the field of benefits and insurance. Jonathan began their career at Aetna as an Underwriting Consultant, where they provided risk analysis for middle market accounts and played a critical role in ensuring timely client proposals. Jonathan then moved on to Presidio Benefits Group, where they worked as an Account Manager, meeting the demands of senior leadership and organizing seminars and workshops on health benefits and wellness programs. After that, they joined Aon as a Benefits Consultant, managing a book of business and developing health and benefit strategies for clients. Currently, Jonathan is working at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where they started as a Benefits Analyst and later became the Health and Wellness Programs Manager. Jonathan is currently serving as the Director of Benefits at the company.
