Travis Smith

Travis Smith is a partner and the Medicare Compliance Practice Group Co-Chair at Gordon & Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where they focus on Medicare issues related to workers' compensation and liability settlements. Since 2018, they have managed a team of attorneys responsible for Medicare Set-Asides and ensuring compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute. Prior to their current role, Travis served as an associate at Burns White LLC from 2000 to 2004. They earned a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
