Gordon Training Egypt is a professional training and development organisation dedicated to building effectiveness through leadership and communication. We deliver evidence-based Effectiveness programs for leaders, youth, teachers, and parents, with a shared purpose: strengthening relationships, preventing problems, and resolving conflict in healthy, sustainable ways.

Our work creates measurable organisational impact, including more creative and engaged teams, higher productivity through reduced conflict, stronger alignment between personal and organisational values, and a positive shift in organisational culture grounded in trust, accountability, and collaboration.

We are the official representative of Gordon Training International in Egypt and operate across selected Arab countries. Our structured programs are based on the internationally recognised Gordon Model, developed by Thomas Gordon, a pioneering clinical psychologist and nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize for his contribution to peace through communication and conflict resolution.

In addition to licensed programs, we specialise in tailoring coaching and training interventions to meet the specific needs of organisations. Our certified team brings strong academic and practical expertise, holding postgraduate degrees in psychology, education, and management. We are deeply committed to continuous learning and the application of scientific, research-informed methods in everything we deliver.

We work with leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, middle managers, school and university administrators, teachers, parents, and youth aged 12–18. Our work also supports mothers returning to the workplace and individuals seeking to enhance their personal effectiveness, relationships, and overall well-being.

At Gordon Training Egypt, we believe peace is not passive—it is built through conscious leadership, effective communication, and respectful relationships.
