Stephen Oar

Stephen Oar has worked in the product management field since 1998. Stephen began their career at Oracle as a Senior Product Manager and was responsible for managing product development activities from requirements definition to product release. In 2004, they moved to Sage Software as a Senior Product Manager and was responsible for the product roadmap and the strategic direction of business intelligence and reporting tools, CRM to ERP integration, e-mail marketing and the core marketing module for Sage SalesLogix. In 2012, they joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Insurance Exchange as a Senior Product Manager - Web and Mobile Services, where they were responsible for creating Web portal and mobile solutions that service the AAA Insurance agent and independent agent sales channel. In 2013, they worked at Control4 as a Senior Product Manager, managing the product road map and strategy for the intercom product and MDU (multi-dwelling unit) solution. In 2016, they joined Ivanti as a Senior Product Manager/Product Owner, responsible for the Ivanti Cloud Agent Framework, Agent Framework Services, drivers, data connectors and Mac and mobile device agents. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at GoReact as a Principal Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, revolutionizing skill learning with the simple, amazing process of video + feedback.

Stephen Oar obtained a BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. Stephen also holds certifications in Communication for Product Managers from LinkedIn (obtained in December 2020), Pragmatic Marketing (obtained in October 2012), and Agile Product Owner (obtained in August 2009).
