Jane Stack

Jane joined the bank’s leadership team as chief financial officer in January 2022 after more than 26 years with GSB. She was most recently senior vice president, controller, where she oversaw and led the Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Proof Departments. Those Departments play an integral role in preparing and managing the bank’s financial statements and budget, as well as monitoring liquidity.

Her career at Gorham Savings Bank began in 1996 as a teller in Gorham. She worked her way up through branch administration to the commercial loan division through finance and accounting to SVP, controller. Jane’s breadth and depth of experience and knowledge of the Bank is unparalleled.

Jane serves on the board of Girls on the Run. She also volunteers for the CA$H Coalition and Junior Achievement. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s College, as well as a Master of Science and Master of Business Administration from Husson University (formerly Husson College).
