Wayne Yen

Wayne Yen is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, video surveillance, and embedded systems. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at Gorilla Technology Group since April 2015, Wayne has successfully built and managed an AI team comprising over 10 members, including three Ph.D. holders. Prior roles include Technical Lead, where Wayne designed Linux ARM embedded applications for facial recognition and smart parking, and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on algorithm porting for smart retail. Previously, at Dynacolor, Inc., Wayne held multiple positions from Software Engineer to Deputy Manager, contributing to various video surveillance solutions across different platforms and leading teams to enhance product scalability and user experience. Wayne holds a Master's degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from National Taiwan University.
