Mike Rolih

Mike Rolih is the Chief Executive Officer of GoRout, a sports technology startup aiming to disrupt behavioral processes through technology. They are a former DI and pro athlete and currently lead a small team through product design, hardware manufacturing, deliverable deadlines, and customer acquisition as the company moves from idea to viable product. Earlier in their career, they served as President of MIRRO, Inc. from 2010 to 2013, guiding revenue growth, expanding offerings, and building strategic partnerships. They also held leadership roles as Director of Training at Spex Chicago from 2007 to 2010 and as a Research Education Consultant at Mayo Clinic in 2010. They earned a BA in History from the University of Dayton (2000–2002) and an MS in Technology from Eastern Illinois University (2005–2006).
