Joe D'Alesio

Joe D'Alesio is an experienced logistics and inventory manager currently employed at GORUCK since October 2022, having previously served as head of shipping operations and customer experience at the same company from March 2016 to March 2019. Prior to GORUCK, Joe managed Lillie's Coffee Bar from May 2010 to October 2015, where revenue more than doubled under management. Additional experience includes roles as assistant manager and barista at Shelby's Coffee Shoppe from January 2002 to May 2010, where responsibilities included managing kitchen and counter services and training employees. Joe also performed as a lead guitarist, music composer, and vocalist for a Northeast Florida band called Still Green from 2000 to 2015. Joe D'Alesio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Florida.
