Todd Fetzer

Todd Fetzer, CPD, currently serves as President of INOVA Terra Solutions LLC since May 2024 and holds the position of Cadre and Event Design Lead at GORUCK since February 2017. With a distinguished career in the US Army from July 2004 to August 2024, Todd Fetzer has held several key roles including Senior Enlisted Leader in the J35 - Future Operations Division and various leadership positions within Special Forces. Additionally, Todd Fetzer's experience includes serving as a Fellow at GrayMar Environmental Services, Inc. and as an Environmental Project Manager at Mid-Atlantic Associates. Educationally, Todd Fetzer earned a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from PennWest Edinboro, alongside training at the United States Merchant Marine Academy and Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security.
