Mark Chang

Mark Chang has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2013, they worked as an Intern Overseer at KEDGE construction co. ltd., where they led a team of maintenance workers and coordinated interior renovations.

In 2014, Mark worked as a Part-time Assistant at the National Cheng Kung University, where they provided technical solutions in data analysis for parking lot estimating and planning. Mark developed a data processing procedure that significantly reduced the processing time.

In 2017, Mark became a Senior Operations Associate at oBike Global. Mark handled the operation business in Taiwan, managing daily routines, optimizing operations, and establishing operation data strategies. Mark'sefforts contributed to securing a $45 million fund raising in series B.

In 2018, Mark joined foodpanda as the Head of Logistics. Mark led the operation strategy, managed a team across 5 cities, and achieved the best logistic KPI performance. Mark developed a systematic logistic strategy for all level cities, implementing various programs and tactics to improve courier utilization.

In the same year, Mark also worked as the Head of Operations, Taiwan at GoShare. Mark launched and led the operations team from scratch, overseeing the operations in Taiwan.

Finally, in 2020, Mark joined Gogoro as a Program Manager and later became a Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager.

Mark Chang completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from National Cheng Kung University from 2011 to 2015. Mark then pursued further studies and became an M.B.A. candidate in Transportation and Communication Management Science at the same university from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mark also obtained the TOEIC 835 certification from the TOEIC Program in March 2017. Mark also achieved the Technician of Higher Examination for Civil Engineering certification from the Ministry of Examination R.O.C. in the same month and year.
