Goshen is promoting child health and child development. The organization was founded in 2014 by a group of leading pediatricians in Israel and Australia with the goal of enabling every child to reach their full potential and become a responsible, independent, and productive adult. Goshen’s work includes conducting research to identify gaps in service delivery and parent and professional knowledge, developing training programs, and advocating for policy changes in the field of child health and development, with a particular focus on the social periphery of Israel. In addition, Goshen produces accessible and evidence-based information for parents. Goshen as an NGO, partners with various children’s health organizations, government ministries, health funds, academic institutions, social organizations, philanthropic foundations, and donors in Israel and around the world.

גושן הוא ארגון ישראלי הפועל לקידום בריאות והתפתחות תקינה של ילדים על מנת לאפשר להם להיות בתפקוד בריא בחיים הבוגרים. הארגון נוסד בשנת 2014 על ידי קבוצת רופאי ורופאות ילדים מובילים בישראל, במטרה לאפשר לכל ילד החווה קושי התפתחותי למצות את היכולות שלו ולהשתלב בעולם כמבוגר אחראי, עצמאי ויצרני.  

הארגון פועל באמצעות צוותי מחקר לזיהוי נקודות חולשה מערכתיות, מפתח תוכניות הכשרה כמענה, ופועל לקידום ושינוי מדיניות בתחום הבריאות וההתפתחות בדגש על הפריפריה החברתית של מדינת ישראל. בנוסף פועל הארגון  לכתיבה והנגשה של תכנים מותאמים להורים.  לגושן שותפים רבים בארגוני רפואת הילדים, משרדי הממשלה, קופות החולים, האקדמיה, ארגונים חברתיים, קרנות פילנתרופיות, ותורמים בארץ ובעולם.
