Gil Chen

Gil Chen is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in user-centric design and strategy. Currently, they serve as the Head of Design at GoSource, where they lead product design for a B2B platform, focusing on user workflows and collaboration across teams. Previously, Gil held roles such as VP of Design at Appnext and Creative Director at ETL Interactive, where they cultivated high-quality design practices and led multidisciplinary teams. They co-founded Jugumi, a crowd support platform, and contributed significantly to design initiatives for notable clients like McDonald's Israel and major hotel chains. Gil holds a degree in Engineering, Design, and Art from Shenkar.
