GGI is a Canadian consulting firm specializing in results-based management for the public and not-for-profit sectors in Canada and around the world. This includes program evaluation, performance measurement, monitoring and reporting. In addition, we offer consulting services in applied research (such as the conduct lessons learned exercises), organizational design, strategic planning and training. 

We are a partner-owned firm with 9 partners between our three offices in Ottawa, Ontario, St John's, Newfoundland and Labrador and Vancouver, British Columbia. In all, we are over 20 professionals offering the highest quality in consulting services to our clients. 

We were founded in 1981 and have since undertaken consulting assignments in all areas of Canada and throughout the world. We provide service to a variety of clients in the public sector at the federal, provincial and municipal levels and in the private and non-profit sectors. We have completed over 3,000 projects, ranging in scope from several days of consulting effort to complex multi-phase, multi-year projects.
