Chad Selph

Chad Selph has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Chad is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Swiftly, Inc. since March 2020. Previously, Chad worked at Twilio Inc. for nine years, where they held various roles. Chad started as a Software Engineer, working on dev-ops tasks and then moved to the Core Team, where they focused on internal services and inventory tools. Later, Chad became a part of the Twilio Client team, managing Twisted Python services and client-side Javascript libraries. During their time at Twilio, they also led a new team focused on the carrier side of telecom, where they worked on projects like implementing an SMPP server for integrating and testing carrier networks and processing call data from Kafka and Kinesis.

Before joining Twilio, Chad gained experience as a Web Developer at Mingle Media Corp in 2010. Chad also worked as an intern at Zebigo from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they served as an SCS Systems Developer and Unix Administrator at Washington State University from 2006 to 2009. Overall, Chad Selph has a strong background in software engineering and has contributed significantly to various organizations throughout their career.

Chad Selph obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Washington State University, completing their education between 2006 and 2010.
