Patrick O'Neil is a seasoned professional with a background in sports marketing, inventory management, operations, and sales. They co-founded Second Rodeo, where they currently serve as Co-Founder and Managing Partner, focusing on driving startup growth. Previously, Patrick held key positions at various companies, including Director of Finance & Operations and VP of Revenue at Rumpl, and VP of Operations at Picky Bars, Inc. They have also contributed as a Strategic Advisor & Fractional Leader at pq consulting and as an Advisory Board Member at GOT BAG. Patrick earned their degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
