Hung Tran

Hung Tran is a software engineer and entrepreneur who is currently the founder and VP of Engineering at Got-It AI. Hung has also previously worked as a visiting assistant professor conducting research in data mining and big data analytics, and as the technical director for IT and OCW at Vietnam Education Foundation. In addition, they have also worked as a software developer at Vietkey Group.

Hung Tran has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, an MCS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Hung is certified by Coursera in People Analytics, Operations Analytics, Customer Analytics, Building Conversational Experiences with Dialogflow, and Blockchain Specialization. Hung is also certified by Google in Google Analytics Individual Qualification.

Hung Tran reports to Peter Relan, Executive Chairman. They are on a team with Chandra Khatri - Head of Conv AI R&D, Amol Kelkar - Head of AI R&D, and Gabi Zuniga - Head of Infrastructure.
