Phong Do is an experienced design professional with a strong background in both management and web development. Currently serving as a Design Manager at Got It since January 2012, Phong has successfully built and led a cohesive design team, supported individual career growth, and streamlined work processes. Prior roles include Web Design Team Leader at Tamtay.vn, where Phong managed design projects and contributed as a designer and developer, as well as positions at Công Ty CP Gmo Runsystem and Five Stars JSC., focusing on web design and development. Phong holds a Bachelor of Economics in Banking and Finance from The National Economics University, completed in 2008, and furthered education with training at Eggcademy in 2017.
