Paul M. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT and networking. Paul began their career as an IT Help Desk Support Tier 2 at Westminster College in 2012, where they provided network support for various platforms. Paul then worked as a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist at AT&T, where they gained remote troubleshooting experience and provided end-user support and training. Paul also worked as a Technical Analyst at TriZetto Provider Solutions, assisting with technical issues.

In 2015, Paul joined Interface Security Systems as a NOC Network Support Specialist, where they supported IP-based networking systems for over 10,000 customers and handled highly escalated network issues. Paul also worked as a Network Support Specialist at GoTab, where they provided support for network infrastructure. Paul then moved on to Insight, where they worked as a Network Engineer, and later joined Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Network Deployment Engineer. In these roles, they assisted in network upgrades, troubleshooted network issues, and deployed network equipment.

Prior to their corporate roles, Paul worked as a self-employed Information Technology Network Consultant, providing numerous computer repair services to clients. Paul also worked at Washington University in St. Louis as a Network Engineer, involved in several projects including VoIP integration and the design and deployment of E911 networks.

Overall, Paul M. has demonstrated a strong technical skillset and a wealth of experience in network support, troubleshooting, and deployment.

Paul M. began their education journey in 2006 at McCluer North High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in the field of General studies in 2010. Following this, they attended St. Louis Community College from 2017 to 2018, focusing on System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.

Paul M. then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Northcentral University from 2021 to 2024, which they are expected to complete.

In addition to their formal education, Paul M. obtained certifications to further enhance their skills. In November 2019, they achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco. Furthermore, in April 2021, they completed the Introduction to Cybersecurity certification from Palo Alto Networks.
