Fawaz Mannan

Fawaz Mannan is currently the Group Head of Human Resources at GSB Holdings, where they oversee HR functions since 2023. With extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, Fawaz previously held roles such as Assistant Manager of Postpaid Collection, Retention, and Recovery at Bharti Airtel Lanka from 2008 to 2018, and served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Airtel Sri Lanka from 2021 to 2022. Fawaz has demonstrated strong skills in service delivery, customer relationship management, and customer retention. They earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Anglia Ruskin University in 2017.
