As the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Gotcare since January 2018, Roderick has played a pivotal role in delivering personalized home care solutions. Prior experience includes strategic innovation at CBI Health Group, where Roderick focused on improving healthcare access, and co-founding myPSW.ca, which enhanced the employment model for Personal Support Workers. Roderick's background also includes significant roles in business development for Lifemark Health Centre's OT Division and Fulcrum Consultants Inc., as well as experience in marketing and sales with Onyx Marketing Group, Nielsen, and McCain Foods.
