Jackie Sheppard

Jackie Sheppard serves as the Director of Human Resources, Payroll & Benefits at Gotcha, a subsidiary of Last Mile Holdings, since January 2020. With extensive experience in payroll and employee benefits management, Jackie previously held the role of Associate Director of Payroll & Benefits at Aeras from June 2008 to December 2019, contributing to the nonprofit's strategic efforts in tuberculosis vaccine development. Earlier, Jackie worked at Starbucks in various positions, including Store Manager, from June 2002 to June 2008, overseeing daily operations and staff development. Jackie holds a Bachelor's degree in Food & Accommodation Studies from Leeds Beckett University in the UK.
