Silvan Griffith

Silvan Griffith is an experienced professional in the fields of education, innovation, and strategic planning. Currently involved with alx_africa as part of building a new creative school, Silvan also serves as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education and as an advisor for multiple organizations, including GoTeacher and Immersify Education. As a co-founder of FYVO, noteworthy achievements include being a finalist in the MIT $100k Pitch Competition and winning the HBS Field X in Health, Education, Lifestyle. Previously, Silvan held significant positions such as Director of International Growth at White Horse Theatre, where management of a product team led to impactful educational experiences for over 500,000 students globally. Additional entrepreneurial accomplishments include founding and serving as CEO of The China Shakespeare Project, which achieved notable financial success and developed immersive learning experiences in China.
