Stephan Winter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stephan started their career at ContiTech Vibration Control GmbH, where they worked as a Prozessingenieur and later as a Dualer Student, completing a dual degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Stephan then worked at M+S Silicon Gmbh + Co. KG and KHS GmbH as a Werkstudent, gaining experience in production, technology, and business process management. Stephan joined GOTEC Group in 2015 and held various positions, including Project Manager, Plant Manager in China, Vice President of Strategy + Markets, and ultimately the role of Chief Operating Officer / Managing Director. Stephan Winter has a strong background in operations, strategy, and management.
Stephan Winter obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from FH Nordakademie Elmshorn between 2008 and 2012. Stephan continued their education at TU Dortmund, where they received a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from 2013 to 2015.
