Brett Topche

Brett Topche is a seasoned investor and managing director with extensive experience in venture capital, particularly within the University of Pennsylvania ecosystem. As co-founder and managing director of Red & Blue Ventures, Brett focuses on seed and early-stage investments in IT companies. Additional roles include board observer and member positions at various innovative companies such as MD Ally, Strella, goTenna, Burrow, and CloudMine, contributing strategic insights to enhance business models and improve operational efficiencies. Brett also serves as managing director of MentorTech Ventures, leveraging a background in finance, legal studies, and political science from The Wharton School and a study abroad experience at the University of Warwick.
