Luke Stewart is the Senior Director of CX at goTenna. Prior to joining goTenna, Luke served as an Officer at Entergy from October 2018 to July 2019, where they were responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence and providing security through access control, physical security, and response to contingency events.

Before their time at Entergy, Luke served as a Firefighter with the City of Walker Fire Department from September 2016 to July 2019. During their time with the department, they were part of a team-based response and training unit that responded to life-threatening situations and conducted team training to secure scenes. Luke is certified in First-Aid, HAZMAT, FEMA Critical Incident Management Series, and Licensed as a Medical First Responder.

In addition to their experience as a firefighter, Luke also served as the First Lieutenant with the United States Army from April 2013 to September 2016. Luke was responsible for critical incident coordination and conducting joint response with several neighboring Police and Fire Departments.

Luke began their career in emergency response as an Emergency Communications Operator with the Grand Rapids Police Department from February 2011 to March 2013 before becoming a firefighter with the City of Walker Fire Department from January 2011 to March 2013.

Luke Stewart has a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Michigan State University.

They are on a team with George Servino - Forward Deployed Engineer, Shawn Hurt - Director, Sales Operations, and Ram Ramanathan - Chief Scientist. Their manager is Ari Schuler, CEO & Board Member.
