Tim Miller

Tim Miller is currently the Director of Customer Experience at goTenna, overseeing the goTenna Forward Deployed Engineers and Customer Support Specialists, with a focus on global training, integration support, and customer engagement. Prior to this role, Tim served as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Spring Bayou Co. and as Chief Revenue Officer and Head of the Superstratum Product at AllianceBernstein. As the Assistant Vice President and Product Manager for AllianceBernstein's Sustainable Thematic Equities platform, responsibilities included client service, platform growth, and thought leadership. Tim's military background includes various roles within the U.S. Army, culminating as Signal Detachment Commander, and significant leadership experience as Aide-de-Camp to the Deputy Commanding General and in training programs. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
