Kenneth Uptain

Kenneth Uptain began their work experience as the Venue Manager at the City of College Station Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater from March 2009 to March 2012. Kenneth then joined Agency Systems as the Director of IT and Implementation from February 2007 to June 2014, where they managed projects and coordinated the implementation of new customers. In 2014, Uptain became the Texas Branch Manager & Sales Operations at ACP Technologies, Inc., where they focused on meeting the IT needs of various companies across different industries. Most recently, in January 2022, Uptain became the Director of Technology and Business Integration at Gothams, where they provide groundbreaking solutions and cultivates diverse teams to make a positive impact in communities.

Kenneth Uptain attended Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies. Kenneth did not mention obtaining a specific degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various qualifications throughout the years. In 2013, they completed the "Microsoft Virtual Academy Windows Server 2012 Essentials" course from Microsoft. In 2015, they achieved certifications in "VMware Sales Professional Server Virtualization 2015" from VMware, "Veeam Sales Professional" and "Veeam Technical Sales Professional" from Veeam Software, and "Datto Sales and Technical Training" from Datto, Inc. Additionally, in 2016, they earned the "Fortinet Network Security Expert" certification from Fortinet. Finally, in 2022, they obtained two certifications related to incident management: "An Introduction to the National Incident Management System, IS-00700.b" and "Introduction to Incident Command System, ICS-100c," both from FEMA.
