Chuck Thelen

Chuck Thelen began their work experience as a Project Engineer at General Motors in 1985 before moving to Walbro Automotive as a Project Engineer in 1992. Chuck then worked as a Project and Sales Manager at Siemens Automotive from 1995 to 1998. In 1999, Chuck became the Director of Project Management at Robert Bosch, where they led a global team and established processes for project execution excellence. Chuck held this role until 2020, during which time they also served as the Engineering Director and coached and mentored others in LEAN concepts. Currently, Chuck is the VP of NA Operations at Gotion Inc., where they lead and executes growth plans and negotiates incentives for plant expansion.

Chuck Thelen has a diverse education history. Chuck obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Ferris State University, where they attended from 1989 to 1991. Chuck then pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Operations Management from Oakland University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Chuck has also obtained several certifications. In January 2019, they completed the "Being an Effective Team Member" certification from LinkedIn. Chuck also completed the "Creativity Bootcamp" and "Motivating and Engaging Employees" certifications, both also from LinkedIn, in the same month and year.
