Novandi is an experienced procurement and governance professional, currently serving as the Senior Lead for Procurement Governance & Excellence at GoTo Group since February 2022. In this role, Novandi has established group procurement standard operating procedures and driven cost optimization projects while focusing on continuous improvement across processes and technology. Prior to this, Novandi held various positions at Tokopedia from June 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining compliance in procurement activities and ensuring effective project management. Novandi's earlier experience includes roles in audit assurance at Deloitte and Grant Thornton Indonesia, where audit planning and operational evaluations were key focuses, as well as a freelance position in marketing and communication at PT Grand Indonesia.
