Caryn Thomas

Caryn Thomas has extensive experience in customer success and sales roles spanning over two decades. Currently, Caryn serves as a Gainsight Administrator at GoTo since August 2018. Prior to this position, Caryn worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at LogMeIn from October 2011 to August 2018, and held the title of Corporate Sales Representative at Citrix Online from May 2007 to October 2011. Caryn began the career as a Customer Care Consultant at Thomson NETg from August 2005 to May 2007 and as a Sales Analyst at Matrixx Initiatives Inc. from February 1999 to August 2005. Caryn earned a degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks between 1991 and 1996.
