Gary Vint is a seasoned professional in customer experience management with extensive expertise in data analysis and process improvement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience at GoTo since February 2017, Gary leads the Customer Action Team for Core Collaboration products and manages customer cancellation and competitive intelligence data. Prior experience includes roles at Citrix as Consumer Insights Listening Post Manager, where Gary effectively presented Net Promoter Score metrics to senior leadership and developed a text analytics model for customer feedback. At Motorola Mobility, Gary managed call center vendors and drove service level requirements, while also serving as Global Customer Satisfaction and Reporting Manager. Earlier, as Six Sigma Quality Manager at Motorola Solutions, Gary implemented a successful Six Sigma program that certified multiple black and green belts, yielding significant cost benefits.
