Jan Steffe has over 15 years of experience in customer relationship management and consulting. Jan started their career at walter services Commerce GmbH as an International Customer Service Representative. Jan then moved on to Netviewer GmbH as a Sales Assistant International, where they provided international customer care and support to European subsidiaries.

Jan joined Citrix in 2011 as a Client Relationship Manager, responsible for customer relationship management and consulting. Jan also handled technical service and commercial transactions in German, English, and Spanish. Jan Steffe holds a degree in Academic Translater, specializing in English and Spanish, from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
