Michael Harris

Michael Harris currently serves as the Global Community & Corporate Responsibility Coordinator at GoTo, where responsibilities include leading employee engagement and social impact programming. Key initiatives include the Global Hub Program to enhance community within and outside the office, fostering activities for remote and hybrid employees, managing GoTo Gives philanthropy efforts, and overseeing the Swag program to ensure alignment with brand standards and environmental commitments. Prior to this, Michael was the Community Outreach Manager at the National Kidney Foundation and held the role of Disaster Program Specialist at the American Red Cross. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from DePaul University, earned in 2020.
