Thomas Vanier

Thomas Vanier's work experience includes various roles in software engineering and AI development. Thomas is currently a Principal Software & AI Engineer at GoTo, where they are a member of the AI Hub team, focusing on implementing AI-based features into products such as IT support and Contact Center. Thomas is involved in the development of AI-infrastructure and stays updated with the evolving AI ecosystem and tools. Prior to GoTo, they worked as a Staff Software Developer at LogMeIn, where they integrated AI models into browser applications and conducted machine learning training. Thomas also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Citrix and Cisco Systems, and as a Software Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent. Thomas has a strong background in web development, machine learning, and JavaScript technologies.

Thomas Vanier earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in École Superieure d'Informatique, Electronique et Automatique from ESIEA - École d'Ingénieur·e·s d'un numérique utile between 1993 and 1997. In addition, they obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in 2021.
