Wanda Washington

Wanda Washington is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at GoTo since February 2019, Wanda supports the Global Procurement department by reviewing various agreements, including data processing and security documents. Prior legal roles include Attorney at a law firm since 1995, and General Counsel at IDEAssociates, where management of intellectual property and commercial agreements was a primary responsibility. Wanda has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Bridgewater State University. Earlier career experience includes negotiating technology agreements at IBM’s Lotus Development Corporation and serving as a Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Wanda holds an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law and a JD with an emphasis on Taxation and Corporate Law from the University of South Carolina.
