Alan N. is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in managing large teams and driving revenue growth across various sectors. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Operating Officer at CSP Ltd. since January 2021, Alan oversees more than 1,500 colleagues to deliver exceptional Traffic, Parking, and Event Services at major UK venues. Previously, Alan held key positions at intu as Director of Operations, leading the Business Support function across UK Shopping Centres, and at Whitbread as Head of Ancillary Revenue for Premier Inn, where a significant revenue strategy was executed. Additional experience includes commercial and managerial roles at Moto Hospitality and Pret A Manger, complemented by a solid educational foundation with degrees from Ulster University, Birmingham City University, and the University of Wolverhampton.
